• In conjunction with Mark Custom Recording Service we provide video for conferences thoughout the United States. Mark Custom is known world wide for quality recordings of Concert Band, Orchestra and Choral performance ensembles. Our clients include the Florida Music Educators Association, Illinois Music Educators Association, Kentucky Music Educators Association and the Texas Music Educators Association.

• CDs are: $14 each for delivery to the school/church/group (your director will distribute CDs to group members) / $17 for direct mail anywhere in the US.
• CDs contain glossy inserts with full color artwork & full color, direct on-disc printing. (your concert program is scanned for CD liner notes)
• 20 CD minimum: If we sell 20 or more CDs to your patrons and group members you will not be billed for our service. If the 20 CD minimum is not met we will bill you for and send you the remaining amount of CDs. For example, if you sold 16 CDs, you would recieve the remaining 4 CDS and be billed ($14 x 4) $56.00.

• 20 UNIT minimum required:
  (x) CDs sold + (x) DVDs sold must = 20 total UNITs. If the minimum isn’t met you can select any combination of CDs or DVDs to make up the difference.

Our multi-camera setup is like no other: 4 robotic, digital cameras and all microphones are daisy-chained together and controlled by 1 person out in the lobby. Each camera can pan, tilt or zoom in for a close-up and there are no camera men to disrupt your performance.


YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

• During the performance, make an announcement about our service.
• Supply 2 standard folding tables in the lobby/hallway.
• Make sure we have access to the venue 1-1/2 hours before start time for CDs & 2-1/2 hours for DVDs & CDs.
• Reserve space for our microphone stands & cameras. We usually place mic stands as close to the stage as possible or somewhere in the first few rows of seating, depending on the type of group we are recording. For video production, we will need 4 locations to place our cameras. Normally, we have one wide shot (from the back of the venue), 1 between the front row & stage and 1 camrea on each side of the stage. We may need to block off a few seats to protect our equipment.
• Include our order form as a loose-leaf item in EVERY program you produce (staple if program is a single sheet)and supply us with 30-40 extra orderforms for our cash table.
• (Optional) Logos / Digital Pictures of the group for the artwork (see also Enhanced CDs)

WE WILL:

• Take orders at the performance. Visa, Mastercard, Cash and checks made out to Tri-State Productions will be accepted.
• Supply an unmastered copy for the director immediately following the performance.
• Supply a free archive copy for you when we deliver the final product. A 40 UNIT sale = 2 Free UNITs / 60 = 3 UNITs / 80 = 4 Free UNITs

• CD Fundraising / Bulk Ordering Option (Please inquire about VIDEO fundraising):

This option requires a 40 UNIT minimum. Bulk ordering allows us to cut costs, giving you the opportunity to generate significant income from recording sales. Here's our chart of options:

• Enhanced CD's:
  
  $100 flat rate per concert. Utilizing the latest CD transfer technology, Tri-State now can offer CDs that contain both audio and data related material. Why have just an audio CD of your group? With Enhanced CDs, you can access a variety of data options via your computer:
  
  -Digital pictures (JPEG please)
  -Slide Shows with a music bed (we can do this for you)
  -MPEG/Quicktime video clips
  -Senior Pictures with Bios
  -Directors notes
  -General info including contest rating, awards & scholarship recipients

• Location Recording Sessions:
  
  AUDIO SESSION:
  -$50/hr for 2 track digital. 2 hour minimum
  -$75/hr for multi-track digital. 2 hour minimum.
  Price includes 1 CD master w/artwork. Inquire about additional copies.
  
  4 CAMERA VIDEO SESSION:
  -Day Rate: $1000. Minimum requirements: $500 for 2 hours / $100 each additional hour.
  Price includes 1 DVD MASTER. (1 Standard or Mini DV master =$100)
